Appointments can be booked online or by phone. A $50 non-refundable deposit (this is a portion of the full price of the service chosen) is required to reserve your appointment and will be applied to your total service cost. If you cannot attend your appointment, you may ask a friend or family member to take your place. Please call or notify me 24 hours before the appointment. Thank you for your understanding.

Before every session starts, an assessment will be done first. You must be fully clothed during the assessment. You may undress to the level of your own comfort during your session. Proper secured draping techniques will be used to protect your privacy and comfort, only the area being worked on will be uncovered.
Yes, I accept male clients as long as they are accompanied by a family member, within the vicinity of their house or space. My services are strictly professional, and I welcome anyone who respects professional boundaries and my profession. Thank you for your trust and respect.
You may prepare your own single or double bed sheets set if preferred or use the ones provided by your massage therapist. Drink water, avoid heavy meals right before your session and shower if possible.
A shower before your session is highly recommended. Especially if you have come straight from a workout or hot environment. Having a clean skin gives you a better level of comfort during your massage session. And gives your therapist a better baseline to work from.
Your feedback is highly encouraged. If you ever feel that the massage pressure is too much or doesn't feel right, please speak-up immediately. Your comfort is a top priority. Your therapist is always there to listen to any type of concern you may have to tend to your needs.
It depends on your needs. Every appointment includes a complimentary consultation with a posture, muscle, pain, mobility, and range of motion assessment to identify areas of tension, monitor your progress, and customize your treatment to support your health and wellness goals. During your first appointment, we'll discuss your assessment, your goals, and any needs you have. Then, we'll determine what's the best option for you.
A first-time massage usually lasts 60 minutes, which is the standard choice that provides enough time for a full-body session without feeling too long. First-time sessions can also be 90 minutes if you want extra focus on multiple tight spots or deeper relaxation.
